I was shocked to learn of this news the other day, the fact that Obama has declared the month of June as “Homosexual Pride” month and that homosexual activists have declared the month of October (conveniently while children are in school) as “LGBT History” month.
I would love to know your thoughts on this. I am shocked at this blatant propaganda but at the same time I am not surprised. This is how the homosexual agenda works and it started 1,000s of years ago, all the way back in the book of Genesis. Here are some insights on the homosexual agenda.
- They are united in their evil effort. The Bible says that they were from every quarter of the city, both young and old. They had come with a purpose and were intent on working together to accomplish their purpose. Their purpose was not to show hospitality or do anything good for others. We see that they wanted these men (the angelic visitors) to come outside so that they (the homosexuals) could have relations (sexual) with the male angelic beings. Homosexuals act the same way today. They are unified in their actions and their actions are evil. Just see NAMBL (North American Man/Boy Love Association) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAMBLA where you can read about this group. The “gay marriage” issue is just a front so that homosexuality can be spread in the public schools. Do not be fooled by those who say that homosexuality is harmless and homosexuals deserve their “rights”. They will use those “rights” to suppress the majority of people who do not agree with them.
- The older homosexuals had recruited the younger ones. Every word that is included in the Bible has been refined as silver is refined by fire and because of that the phrase “both young and old” is not there by chance but it is there to teach us a valuable lesson. The older homosexuals must and do recruit the younger homosexuals. That is why homosexuals want to be able to teach homosexuality to children, in order to recruit them for the gay lifestyle. Homosexuals do not reproduce and people are not born homosexual so the only way to have more homosexuals is to convince other people that they too are homosexual.
This is why it is dangerous to have children interact with homosexuals and be taught about homosexuality.

Here are some more stats about homosexuals. After reading them, I ask, why would I want my child learning about homosexuality?
Homosexuals are dangerous to children.
They are predators. Here is some data on how homosexuals prey on children. Kinsey, a homosexual researcher, proclaims in a survey that “37% of homosexuals admitted to having sexual relations with boys under the age of 17 years old”. About 2% to 3% of the population is made up of homosexuals yet they are responsible for 40% of the child molestation cases in the country. (from Dr. Paul Cameron)In the Catholic church’s study on child molestation, it has been determined that the rate of homosexual molestation compared to heterosexual molestation is 13:1 (13 homosexual molestations for every 1 heterosexual molestation). I have written on the homosexual predator and how dangerous homosexuals are to minors. I would encourage you to read them.
Homosexuals are extremely violent. Here is a simple of list of serial killers who are also homosexual.
- Andrei Chikatilo, who was convicted in 1992 of raping, murdering and eating parts of at least 21 boys, 17 women and 14 girls
- Jeffrey Dahmer in 1992. He not only killed 17 young men and boys, but cooked and ate their body parts
- Donald Harvey claimed 37
- John Wayne Gacy raped and killed 33 boys in Chicago
- Patrick Kearney accounted for 32
- Bruce Davis molested and killed 27 young men and boys
- Juan Corona was convicted of murdering 25 migrant workers (he sexually abused the bodies after murdering the victims)
The other dangers of homosexuality and homosexual sex are:
- Homosexuality promotes promiscuity. Before 1978, pre HIV/AIDS epidemic, 75% of white homosexual males freely admitted to having over 100 plus different sexual (male) partners. This is an extremely sad truth to learn about the homosexual lifestyle. If it stopped there then it would be bad enough but it gets worse. 15% of that original 75% claim to have had more than 200 plus sexual (male) partners. 28% of that original 75% claim to have had more than 1000 plus sexual (male) partners. As you can easily see from these stats, the idea of fidelity among homosexuals is almost nonexistent.
- Promiscuity leads to STD’s. It does not matter if you are homosexual or heterosexual, promiscuity is an evil that brings terrible consequences. The problem with homosexuality is that practicing this lifestyle places you at a greater risk of contracting an STD. From 1986 until 1990 there was a study taken among homosexuals in their 20’s and the findings were that homosexuals who are in their 20’s have a 50% chance of being infected with HIV/AIDS by the age of 55. In San Francisco CA, the department of health has a report describing how syphilis has reached epidemic stages among homosexuals. Here is a list of STD’s that are common among homosexuals: cancer anal, Chlamydia trachomatis, Cryptosporidium, Giardia lamblia, Herpes simplex virus, Human immunodeficiency virus, Human papilloma virus, Isospora belli, Microsporidia, Gonorrhea, Viral hepatitis types B & C, and Syphilis. In the city of Seattle during the year 1999, there was a report given showing that 85% of the syphilis cases were attributed to homosexuals. Another serious disease among homosexuals is a phenomenon known as the gay bowel syndrome. I will not go into details about this disease. If you would like to research it, feel free. It is not for the weak of heart.
- Promiscuity also causes mental problems. Many homosexuals attribute their mental problems to the fact that they are a minority in society and that they do not have the same “rights” as everyone else. In Holland, a place homosexuality is accepted as normal, homosexuals still have a very high rate of depression (a mental illness). In fact, being homosexual puts you at risk of depression and suicide.
- If you are a homosexual then you shorten your life by at least 20 years. There is a proverb in Africa that says, “do not break down a fence until you know why the fence was built in the first place”. God tells us very clearly in His Word that we are to be faithful; first and foremost to Him but also to our partners in marriage. God also tells us why we should be faithful. It is for our own good, our own protection. Faithfulness is like a fence that protects us from the evils that lie outside of faithfulness. Because many have chosen not to listen to God and follow Him faithfully as a society, we all have to pay the price. The price is seen in the number of STD’s that is growing every year. Homosexuality plays a large role in this problem (along with all immorality). It is bad enough that wicked people have to pay the price for their actions but what is worse is when innocent people suffer and are at risk because of the lifestyle and choices of evil people. It is bad enough that immoral people are destroying their own lives but what is worse is the fact that they promote their lifestyle as something good for society. This is why homosexuality is evil and a danger for all of society.
Do you think that children in schools will be taught the negative side of homosexuality or will it just be whitewashed so that the kids can be indoctrinated? I know the answer to this question.

Gay, Bisexual, and Other Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM)1of all races and ethnicities remain the population most severely affected by HIV.
- CDC estimates that MSM account for just 2% of the US population, but accounted for 61% of all new HIV infections in 2009. MSM accounted for 49% of people living with HIV infection in 2008 (the most recent year prevalence data are available).
- In 2009, white MSM accounted for the largest number of new HIV infections of any group in the US, followed closely by black MSM.
- Young, black MSM were the only risk group in the US to experience statistically significant increases in new HIV infections from 2006–2009.
- Other STD’s are at a high rate among homosexuals. From 1994 – 1999, in 26 different cities in the U.S., the number of cases of STD’s more than doubled among homosexuals from 6% to 13%. A clinic in Washington D.C. reports that STD cases grew 86% among homosexuals from 1993 – 1996.
If they want to teach homosexuality in schools then they need to offer an alternative point of view, as found in the Bible and confirmed by medical evidence.
Here is a quick Biblical view of homosexuality:

So, keeping in mind what we saw earlier about homosexual serial killers, how are they described here in the Bible?
- Thieves
- Murderers of fathers and mothers
- Murderers
- Kidnappers
- Liars
- Perjurers (oath breakers, like the gay catholic priests who broke their vow of abstinence by molesting young boys)
Are these the type of people whom you want working with your children in public schools? That is what homosexuals desire, the opportunity of working with children so that they can influence them with homosexual propaganda as well as have access to new victims of molestation.
You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female ; it is an abomination. (Leviticus 18:22)
God calls homosexuality an abomination. The word abomination means “shameful, evil, disgusting, repulsive, worthy of rejection, detestable”. Is this the view of homosexuality that will be taught in the schools? Does the mass media present homosexuality in this way? Of course not.
Please do not be indifferent to the situation. You may think, “not my kids”. I agree but your kids will be surrounded by kids who are being manipulated and those kids will influence your kids. Teach your children about the Biblical perspective so that they can share it during class time. Offer to share an alternative view of homosexuality (based on facts and evidence) to the teachers and students. Have your children invite their friends over and share the Biblical view with them. Talk with other parents and share the Biblical view and the dangers of homosexuality with them. In the Bible, God punishes the sin of indifference exactly the same way that He punishes the sin of homosexuality. (see Judges 19-21)
Finally, there is hope for those trapped in the sin of homosexuality.
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God ? You can be set free from your slavery to the sin of homosexuality. Christ has paid the price and resurrected to offer you everything. Will you receive His offer?

Let’s start with Erik’s source, Dr. Paul Cameron. Here is some history of the founder of the Family Research Institute, an anti-gay propaganda think tank:
In 1984, the Nebraska Psychological Association adopted a resolution stating that it “formally disassociates itself from the representations and interpretations of scientific literature offered by Dr. Paul Cameron in his writings and public statements on sexuality.
In 1986 the American Sociological Association passed a resolution condemning Cameron for “consistent misrepresentation of sociological research. It does not take great analytical abilities to suspect from even a cursory review of Cameron’s writings that his claims have almost nothing to do with social science and that social science is used only to cover over another agenda. Very little of his work could find support from even a bad misreading of genuine social science investigation on the subject and some sociologists, such as Alan Bell, have been ‘appalled’ at the abuse of their work.”
Alan Bell, you might recall from my earlier post on Erik’s “Homosexuality is harmful to your health” blog, along with Martin S. Weinberg wrote the groundbreaking study, “Homosexuality: A study of Diversity Among Men and Women” published in 1978. As I stated, 1000 homosexuals were recruited for this study from bars and bathhouses. You can image if I did a study of straight promiscuity, recruiting heterosexuals from bars and sex clubs in Manhattan. Probably the same results.
Erik loves to quote this study as his source of homosexual promiscuity. It’s interesting in that at that conclusion of their study, Bell and Weinberg found that homosexuals were as well-adjusted and as satisfied in their relationships as heterosexuals. The researchers argued that there must be a biological basis for homosexual orientation, because they did not find that parental personalities or traumatic experiences played a role.
Mr. Bell said in 1981,“I expect the study to be condemned from both sides, by the radical gays for even looking into the subject and by the analysts who may say we’re trying to paint a glowing picture of homosexuality. But we reported what people say, and it’s all very consistent.”
More about the good Dr. Cameron:
In 1996, the Board of Directors of the Canadian Psychological Association approved a position statement disassociating the organization from Cameron’s work on sexuality, stating that he had “consistently misinterpreted and misrepresented research on sexuality, homosexuality, and lesbianism.”
In other words, Cameron is a quack.

As far as child abuse by homosexuals is concerned, The American Psychological Association reported: “Recognized researchers in the field on child abuse,… almost unanimously concur that homosexual people are actually less likely to approach children sexually.”
Erik states: 4% of adults affirm that, “their homosexual teacher influenced them, convincing them to try the homosexual lifestyle.” Well, 4% of adults also believe they were abducted by aliens, so I wouldn’t put too much stock in what 4% of adults say.
Erik states: From 1994 – 1999, in 26 different cities in the U.S., the number of cases of STD’s more than doubled among homosexuals from 6% to 13%. A clinic in Washington D.C. reports that STD cases grew 86% among homosexuals from 1993 – 1996. What he doesn’t say is that during the Clinton years, funding to health care clinics across the country was more than doubled, so the increase in cases was due to the increase in the staffing at the clinics and their ability to see more clients.
I could go on, but I think I made my point. I’ll give it to Erik that he’s an expert on the Bible, but he needs to stay away from quoting people who make up secular facts and figures.
Even Ann Landers said that gays are less likely that straights to molest children. And let’s face it, if Ann Landers says it, it’s gotta be true!
Cameron is anti-gay propaganda, not anti gay. He believes what the Bible teachers, that homosexuality is a sin and that God can forgive those enslaved to it and also liberate them.
Cameron chose to disassociate himself from the APA when it was high jacked by gay rights activists and stopped producing or accepting accurate data on information about homosexuality when it pertained to the negative aspects. If you study the history of the movement then you will know why I rightfully used high jacked. They do not base information about homosexuality on facts and stats, just their warped agenda. Who is being dishonest with the info?
As to promiscuity, it is wrong for both homosexuals and heterosexuals, I never said that there was a difference. Promiscuity is bad, and it is common among homosexuals, in fact more common than among heterosexuals. When I say more common, I mean the percentages. Do more heterosexuals practice promiscuity than homosexuals? Absolutely, if you just look at the numbers but if you look at the percentages then the rate is much higher among homosexuals. Trying to spin the focus off of homosexuals to heterosexuals is a tactic that proves you do not have an argument. You are just trying to shift the focus in another direction instead of facing the facts ☺
Calling Cameron a quack is not the same as refuting his arguments. Please, leave the name calling to the kindergarten classes 🙂

If the APA, the ASA, and the CPA, and the thousands of professionals they represent, all say you’re a quack, then you’re a quack. Although they don’t use my kindergarten terminology. If 1000 people say the sky is blue and you scan the sky with a spectrometer and it’s the blue wavelength, but Dr. Cameron says the sky is green, guess who’s wrong.
When I go on the FRI web site to check Dr. Cameron’s references for his articles, I get an Error 404 notice, so it’s hard to check where he gets his data from. I got that on three different computers using three different operating systems, so I don’t think it a browser issue.
As far as the CDC data is concerned, I’ve been donating and volunteering at AIDS service organizations for over 20 years, so I know first hand the devastation AIDS has caused to the gay community. Many of my friends died very long, painful deaths, so I don’t need to CDC to tell me what I have already experienced.
I know you’ll say that those deaths were God’s judgement for engaging in a homosexual lifestyle, or something like that. Well, thirty million Russians died in WWII. Did God not like the Russian lifestyle?
It’s a strange twist of fate, really. If it wasn’t for the devastation of the AIDS epidemic, I doubt the gay community would have made the kind of progress we have over the past three decades. The anger and frustration towards the US government in dragging it’s feet in the early years for funding for AIDS research and the anger at the drug companies over exorbitant drug prices really got the gay community fired up. It was the start of activism. The repeal of Prop 8, the repeal of DOMA and past Supreme Court decisions favorable to us has been due to that activism and certainly surprising in my lifetime. Fully one third, over 100 million people live in states where gay marriage is now legal. More and more state legislatures, such as Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia are now considering the issue of gay marriage. And that number will keep on increasing. It’s pretty amazing.
So when you say that I’m manipulated by homosexual activists, I’m actually one of those activists who’s been in the trenches a long time.
I have to admit that anti-gay activists like yourself and Scott Lively and Brian Brown, et al, have been able to influence and facilitate anti-gay lawmakers in places like Uganda, Nigeria, The Ukraine, Russia, and now Kazakhstan. But as far as first world countries go, you’re losing ground fast.
But getting back to your original question, yes, I think America really does need a LGBT history month.
You assume what I will say and that is bad. That shows me that you are not open to dialogue. I know the devastating effects first hand of AIDS. I too have friends who suffer from it. One is a former homosexual who accepted Christ as Lord and Savior and was set free from the nasty grip of the gay lifestyle (all the vices that go along with it). You assume way too much sir. I love people and value life (that is why I hate immorality, abortion, sin in general). That is why I will always speak out against immorality in all of its forms, including homosexuality.
God is loving and He does not want us to destroy ourselves so He warns us ahead of time about our sins and their consequences. Please do not blame Him because people are arrogant and think that they know better than their Creator. When calamity comes, they do not want to admit their role, instead, they want to blame the Creator that they ignored. Typical. Why blame God for WWII? He did not start the war. I believe it was crazed atheists/pagans who started it and then used it to promote their paganism/communism. Man in his selfish ambition, makes a mess of the world and then blames God, whom he claims does not exist but conveniently becomes the scapegoat. Hence, the reason that I keep pointing out the propaganda tactics. When people are given the chance to vote pro traditional marriage vs. gay marriage, traditional marriage wins every time. Activists caught on to this and hijacked the system, using strong arm tactics and propaganda, they over turn the will of the people. Clearly you look at homosexuality from a religious standpoint, I look at it from a human rights standpoint. We’re never going to agree, but I just want people who read this blog to see an alternative point of view.

In nature/physicality, clearly, men and women were designed to “fit” together sexually.
With the “natural” purpose of sexual intercourse being procreation,
clearly only a sexual relationship between a man and a woman can fulfill this purpose.
Nature argues against gay marriage.
the Bible, states that everyone inherently knows that homosexuality is immoral and unnatural,
and the only way to suppress this inherent knowledge is by normalizing homosexuality and attacking any and all opposition to it.
The best way to normalize homosexuality is by placing gay marriage/same-sex marriage on an equal plane with traditional opposite-gender marriage.
Romans 1:18-32 illustrates this. The truth is known because God has made it plain. The truth is rejected and replaced with a lie.
The lie is then promoted and the truth suppressed and attacked. The vehemence and anger expressed by many in the gay rights movement to any who oppose them is,

Trying to overcome a weak position by raising your voice is the oldest trick in the debating book.
There is perhaps no more accurate description of the modern gay rights agenda than

To give sanction to gay marriage/same-sex marriage would be to give approval to the homosexual lifestyle, which the Bible clearly and consistently condemns

According to the Bible, marriage is ordained by God to be between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:21-24; Matthew 19:4-6).
Gay marriage/same-sex marriage is a perversion of the institution of marriage and an offense to the God who created marriage.
God does not create a person with homosexual desires.
The Bible tells us that people become homosexuals because of sin (Romans 1:24-27) and ultimately because of their own choice.
A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as some people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins.
That does not excuse the person’s choosing to sin by giving in to sinful desires.
If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger/rage, does that make it right for him to give into those desires? Of course not!
The same is true with homosexuality.
Homosexual anal intercourse carries a high risk of disease, this is recognized in Scripture
where gay men are said to receive in their bodies the due penalty for their error (Romans 1:27).
Various studies indicate that homosexual behavior makes both men and women more vulnerable to disease and decreases lifespan.

Since other groups who have been discriminated against (such as women, blacks and the disabled) have been given equal opportunity,
homosexuals claim that they, too, should be liberated. However, as one Christian expert has said
…“Gender, race and impairment all relate to what a person is,
whereas homosexuality relates to what a person does.

Secular psychologists assure us that ‘children raised in lesbian and gay households are similar to children raised in heterosexual households
on characteristics such as intelligence, development, moral judgments, self-concepts, social competence and gender identity’.

You cannot faithfully teach God’s Word to your children while living a lifestyle specifically condemned by God’s Word.
All Christians are sinners forgiven by God’s grace, but living in a homosexual relationship constitutes habitual,
unrepented sin.
For the Bible-believing Christian, there can be no doubt that homosexuality is a grievous sin in the sight of God.
The awful catalogue in the first chapter of Romans of the sins practiced by the ancient pagan world began with this sin:
For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another: men with men working that which is unseemly,
and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.

The term “sodomy,” named after the inhabitants of Sodom whose homosexual perversions caused God to rain fire and brimstone on their city in the days of Abraham
(Genesis 19:4,5,12,24), has for thousands of years been synonymous with this unique form of ungodliness.
That it is basically a sin of rebellion against God is evident from the above passage in Romans.
The “cause” for which God “gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves”
was that they had decided to “worship and serve creation more than the Creator”
(Romans 1:24-25 – KJV).
Because such behavior is essentially animalistic, rather than human, sodomites are actually called “dogs” in the Bible.
Note the strong prohibition in the Old Testament theocracy established under Moses.
There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the Lord thy God for any vow:
for even both these are an abomination unto the Lord thy God.
—Deuteronomy 23:17,18 (KJV)
We can be sure that, if these practices were abominations to God then, He has not changed His opinion about them today.
The same terminology appears in the description of the holy city in the last chapter of the Bible.
Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Thus, sodomites—like sorcerers, whoremongers (same word as “fornicators”), murderers, idolaters and lovers of lies—should undoubtedly
also be excluded from church fellowship. If such a person, professing to be a Christian, persists in his sin, he should be put out of the church,
like the one who had committed fornication with his stepmother (I Corinthians 5:1).
Now I have written unto you not to keep company,
if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner,
with such an one no not to eat… Therefore, put away from yourselves that wicked person.

Homosexuality, like all other types of fornication, has no place in the family of God.
Regardless of what modern promoters of “gay liberation” might wish to believe,
sexual perversions are not inherited genetically but rather are learned behaviors and willful sins.
Like alcoholism and other such sins of the flesh, they may become very difficult to give up for those who have been enslaved by them,
but God is able to give deliverance to any who sincerely desire true freedom and salvation.
While the Bible strongly condemns homosexuality, it never instructs that homosexuals are to be hated.
As Christians, we are to speak out against the perversion of homosexual activity.
The Bible is explicit in its condemnation of it, as well as God’s wrath towards those who practice such behavior.
As Christians, we are called to clearly and lovingly call sin for what it is.
Using the term homophobia to refer to anyone who opposes homosexuality is a distraction,
not a valid argument or accurate representation.
A Christian should have only one fear regarding homosexuals, the fear that they will suffer eternally
because of their decision to reject the only means of salvation—the Lord Jesus Christ
who offers the only hope for escape from a degrading and destructive lifestyle
Just have to point out that most of them are democrats 🙂
I’ve often thought of the Bible as a reflection of men’s souls, a religious Rorschach test, if you will. Those people with kind souls find goodness, positive affirmation, historical perspective, and spiritual healing in it. Those with dark souls search out it’s passages and use it to validate their homophobia, or racism, or anti-Semitism, or misogyny (discrimination based on gender.)
It has been that way for centuries.
And there’s always been a caveat in back of that. Driving down on vacation from New York to Florida as a kid in the 50’s and 60’s, I used to hear the Southern preachers on the car radio rail against the Blacks. Of course, they didn’t hate the Blacks, They loved them, they just didn’t want them in their community, or their state, or even in the country. They said “It’s not the same as discrimination against the Irish, or Jews or Catholics. Blacks didn’t belong in this country in the first place.”
Now it’s the gays turn. The latest caveat is “homosexuality relates to what a person does not what a person is such as black, white, male, female, or disabled.” Therefore the hatred is justified.
There’s always an excuse, There’s always a caveat for discrimination.
Oh, and then comes the tired old research studies of the horrors of promiscuous gay men. Somehow the behavior of 3,492 gay men recruited for a study from San Francisco bathhouses and bars is supposed to somehow be representative of the sexual behavior of 10 million gay men living in the entire country. Just like the behavior of 3000 straights taken in Manhattan sex clubs and swinger parties would be representative of the sexual behavior of 300 million straights in the country. It’s nonsense. Totally nonsense.
But if you need to hate gays, it’s an easy mark. If the only way you can feel good about yourself is bashing homosexuals, or any minority, go for it. You belong to a really desperate fraternity. I pity you.
