Dear friends, thank you so much for your prayers over the past 2 weeks. I had the honor of traveling with a team from our church to do mission work among an unreached people group on the other side of the world. I had the privilege of working with underprivileged children at an orphanage. Along with a teen from our church, I was able to lead a day camp for 35 kids and teens. The youngest was 7 and the oldest was 15. We studied the inductive Bible study course, “God, what is Your Name”. At the camp we discovered the meaning and significance of 13 Biblical Names for God. This summer, we have planned to lead 10 day camps in 5 weeks. If you do the math, that means 2 per week. Our desire is to reach close to 1,000 kids with the Gospel over the next 5 weeks. Three of the ten camps will be baseball/softball camps so please pray that God will hold off the rain over the next 3 weeks. I am excited about teaching God and baseball to the next generation. Please pray for us, our teams, and the children who will hear the Gospel. We have already had threats from the Mayor of one of the villages. We know that God is in control and will work all things for our good. Please pray for the Mayor of the village of Bacioi. Continue reading
